Our Founder & Leadership
With over 14 years of experience in Christian early childhood education, our Founder and CEO, Gillian Danclair, answered God’s call to expand her mission and bring high‑quality Christian education to even more students in Palm Bay, Florida. Her career began in Pre‑Kindergarten and Kindergarten education, where she developed a passion for nurturing young learners academically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Faith Based Christian Academy (FaithBCA) was born from her desire to create a school where students could thrive in a faith‑based environment—one that upholds Christian values, academic rigor, and a commitment to excellence. What began as a calling became a mission, and that mission became a school dedicated to serving families with integrity, compassion, and unwavering faith.
With CEO Ms. Danclair, Principal Mrs. Alexander, and a dedicated team of educators, FaithBCA stands firm in its belief that every child deserves the opportunity to flourish.
Our History
FaithBCA was established to meet a growing need in the Palm Bay community: a Christian elementary school where students could receive strong academics, individualized support, and spiritual formation in a safe, nurturing environment.
Our founder recognized that many students were not receiving the level of attention, remediation, or enrichment they needed to truly understand what they were learning. FaithBCA was created to solve that problem—to ensure that students don’t simply “get by,” but genuinely learn, grow, and excel.
From its beginning, the Academy has been guided by three goals:
